To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the physical items must be sent back to our authorized warehouse address in Sisak, Croatia, in an unused, original, and resalable condition.

If you receive a defective or broken item, you must provide verified photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of receipt. However, a full or partial refund will still require the physical return of the item unless explicitly waived by our corporate management team in writing.
